VGP Park Arad hosts FAN Courier’s first international hub, on an area of 10,000 sqm

VGP, a European supplier of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, announces a new step in its development, namely the full lease of the first building in VGP Park Arad. The most recent client, who rented an area of 10,000 m2 and whose space was handed over recently, is FAN Courier.

The courier company thus opens in Arad, through this contract, its first international hub, dedicated to international online orders.

The full lease of the first building in VGP Park Arad represents a significant step in VGP’s commitment to customer satisfaction and in the efforts to expand and consolidate relationships with business partners. VGP Park Arad is located near the city of Arad in the western part of Romania, adjacent to the A1 highway and only 50 km from the border with Hungary. VGP Park Arad is aligned with the latest technologies in the field, built from a sustainable perspective, focusing on energy efficiency and climate impact neutrality. With a land area of 395,000 m2 and a leasable area of 196,000 m2, the park offers units starting from 1,000 m² and up to customized solutions for large-scale logistics operations. Its spaces are suitable for logistics services, light manufacturing and commercial activities. The buildings are made according to the BREEAM assessment method with a Very Good classification and can work, on request, together with the tenant, for a higher certification.
