A partnership based on trust: pastel and FAN Courier launch the first campaign developed together

In celebrating 25 years of activity, FAN Courier, the local courier market leader, unveils the “FAN 25 years” campaign, the first major integrated communication project carried out with pastel as a brand agency.

 

The platform, under the sign of trust – a fundamental pillar for FAN Courier – was designed to strengthen the brand promise to employees, partners, customers, and collaborators and highlight the vital role of trust in strengthening and promoting the reputation of the Romanian business environment.

“In its 25 years of operation, FAN Courier’s efforts have been directed toward earning and maintaining the trust of its customers and employees. For us, this value comes with a great responsibility to always be proactive, honest, and collaborative. As a leader in the local courier market, we know that the way we position ourselves and the relationships we develop with our partners has a direct impact on the perception of the Romanian business environment. That is why we use this pivotal moment in our evolution as an opportunity to honor the trust we have received and promise to perpetuate the behaviors behind it”, said Mălina Petrescu, FAN Courier Team Leader.

The campaign aims to gather insights and generate interaction by inviting stakeholders to express their interpretation of the concept of trust. The definitions received will be presented to the general public to mark the versatility of this value and its multiple meanings, as well as FAN Courier’s commitment to meeting different but complementary expectations.

Using the unique perspectives generated, pastel will use artificial intelligence and build a portrait of the “courier of the future”.

The “FAN 25th Anniversary” campaign required the pastel skills of strategy, creative, video production, social media, PR and communications and was declined to reach the company’s B2B and B2C stakeholders.
