46% of the project’s surface consists of green spaces, and to this significant percentage, the oak forest that surrounds the complex is added, functioning as both a vegetation barrier, delimiting the residential ensemble located in the heart of the northern area of the Capital, away from urban agitation, and a natural purifier against city pollution.
