Stejarii Collection: a luxury residential complex where nature takes precedence

We live in a world where the focus on nature and its appreciation has dramatically decreased. From people spending more and more time on various devices and social media applications, forgetting to look up at the sky or the nature around them and keeping their gaze downward, fixated on phones, to cities being dominated by cold, impersonal buildings and constructions, everything seems to distance us from the environment.

An IRES 2023 study on climate change shows that Romanians, although concerned about the effects of global warming and pollution, are very little involved in environmental protection initiatives, with 56% never participating in such actions.

Climate change represents a global challenge and requires a responsible approach, as well as concrete actions. However, there is one developer who has never forgotten their responsibility, and that nature is the most valuable benefit for its residents. Stejarii Collection, the newest project of Tiriac Imobiliare, is a residential complex integrated with nature in the heart of the Baneasa forest and is an integral part of the surrounding vegetation area. The project is built on the area previously occupied by the Mihăilești State Avicola farm, without diminishing the green area of the Baneasa forest. At Stejarii Collection, luxury means permanent access to nature, and to the forest.

Nature? Or the comfort of a state-of-the-art home with luxury technology? Why choose when you can have both?

Protecting the surrounding environment and supporting the health of the residents go hand in hand at Stejarii Collection. The way the luxury residential complex was developed not only allows it to be considered “home” but also becomes a relaxation oasis, a clean environment, and a place to reconnect with nature for residents returning from urban congestion.

46% of the project’s surface consists of green spaces, and to this significant percentage, the oak forest that surrounds the complex is added, functioning as both a vegetation barrier, delimiting the residential ensemble located in the heart of the northern area of the Capital, away from urban agitation, and a natural purifier against city pollution. Thus, within Stejarii Collection, residents also enjoy exceptional air quality.

The developer’s efforts are in line with those of the European Union to combat the continuous threat of climate change and environmental degradation.

The entire complex is developed to protect the surrounding nature, reduce carbon emissions, and provide, at the same time, full comfort for those who choose to live here. Four interior botanical gardens, two enclosure park areas, and extensive vegetation structures total 11,000 square meters of the 24,000 square meters of Stejarii Collection. All have been naturally integrated into the forest area, creating a vibrant and stunning panorama. Thus, the developer responds to the needs mentioned by the respondents in the IRES study who rely, to a percentage of 94%, on the positive effect of urban mini-forests that should be established in cities.

All the apartments in the strictly rental residential complex have a 270-degree view of the forest. In addition, special species of trees and decorative vegetation have been planted, and integrated landscaping concepts have been created to emphasize natural diversity, all to offer residents an outstanding experience that understands that the luxury of a living space means having nature close by, complementing the highest residential standards.

True botanical gardens have been built within the residential complex, with over 150 plant varieties, from birches to plants specific to Japanese gardens, Japanese cherry trees, dwarf ash trees, multi-stemmed plane trees, the queen of herbs, pampas grass, Viburnum, and hydrangeas. The sensory experience is complemented by five integrated water sources that become part of relaxation and contemplation oases dedicated to Stejarii Collection residents.

Stejarii Collection represents the extension of the renowned Stejarii Residential Club, the local definition of the highest luxury residential standards, open to long-term rental customers, located in the Baneasa forest.
