Stejarii Collection, the newest luxury residential complex of the Țiriac Imobiliare brand, was inaugurated

Stejarii Collection, the newest residential project developed by Țiriac Imobiliare in the northern area of Bucharest, was inaugurated on Thursday, September 21. The complex that represents the newest dimension of the Stejarii universe awaits its tenants starting from the fall of this year, anticipating a full degree of occupancy by the end of 2024.

The total investment in the development of the Stejarii Collection construction amounted to 52 million euros. 20% of the value was allocated to the implementation of energy consumption efficiency systems and innovative solutions that reduce the impact on the environment, totaling approximately 10 million euros. Stejarii Collection offers for long-term rental 198 apartments, with configurations between 2 and 5 rooms and areas starting from 95 sqm that can reach up to 700 sqm.

Surrounded by nature, with ample green spaces, which accumulate 46% of the space of the entire residential project, the complex is located in the continuation of the Stejarii Clubul Rezidential and Stejarii Country Club projects, on Jandarmeriei Street 14, in the Băneasa oak forest.
