Stejarii Collection, the newest residential project developed by Țiriac Imobiliare in the northern area of Bucharest, was distinguished with the Special Award of the Association of Architectural Societies of Romania at this year’s edition of the Bucharest Architecture Annual. This valuable recognition honors excellence in the design and integration of modern architecture in an environment surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Under the signature of Arch. Radu Teacă, Arch. Corina Nicola, and Arch. Andrei Teacă Artline SRL, the Stejarii Collection project becomes a benchmark in the field of real estate construction, imposing high standards both in terms of residential quality and its distinctive architecture.

The team of architects and collaborators who contributed to the realization of the Stejarii Collection project was thus rewarded for their innovative approach in blending contemporary architecture with the natural landscape of the complex, surrounded by the vast vegetation space offered by Băneasa Forest.

Every architectural element was integrated to blend with the natural environment, offering residents an exclusive living space and an authentic experience of living in a space protected by forest vegetation.

“Starting from the site, which is surrounded on three sides by the forest, the solution involves a continuous construction, like a ribbon that forms four inner courtyards, with the advantage of allowing all residents to see the forest. The relationship with the outside is created through two types of terraces, some covered, ‘carved’ into the volume and others resulting from the alternation of different levels, materializing in generous terraces. The consistent presence of deep terraces with planters represents a mediation between the outside and the inside, bringing the quality of living close to that of an individual residence. The construction takes into account the concept of a passive house and obtains the green Breeam certificate with an excellent level,” said Arch. Radu Teacă, the coordinator of the architectural team responsible for the project.

From the design of the building to the sustainable use of materials, the Stejarii Collection project was appreciated for its harmonious combination of comfort, aesthetics, and respect for the environment.

“We are honored by this important distinction that the Stejarii Collection residential project has received from the Association of Architectural Societies of Romania. The collaboration with the distinguished team of architects coordinated by Mr. Radu Teacă had the desired result for both parties: a space where the highest residential standards are highlighted by the architectural, functional, and aesthetic part of the project,” stated Răzvan Enache, Managing Director of Țiriac Imobiliare.

Architecturally, the housing complex was designed to guarantee residents the highest standards of comfort, privacy in apartments, as well as access to nature, thus redefining the luxury residential experience.
