Violeta Luca leaves eMag for new position at Microsoft Romania

Violeta Luca, one of the best known managers in the Romanian IT&C retail, has joined the management team of Microsoft Romania as head of business strategy, a newly created position in the company.

Her job will be to coordinate the local transformation of the company, according to Microsoft Romania

Previously, she was executive director at eMag, and before that she worked as CEO of Flanco Retail.

Luca has been working in the Romanian retail , consumer electronics and insurances for the past 15 years and has developed skills in sales, marketing, operations and general management.

As executive manager of eMag, she coordinated over the past 18 months the product management, B2B sales department, online, customer support and after sales departments.
