TEILOR, the chain of luxury jewelry stores present across the CEE region, appoints Roxana Achim as Head of Design & Project Management at the group level. Roxana has over 14 years of experience in consulting, designing, and coordinating large-scale architectural projects. At TEILOR, Roxana Achim will be responsible for the design and arrangement of all the TEILOR locations in the country and abroad.

TEILOR is more than a story of luxury jewelry in a complex network of stores. Through everything we do, we pay close attention to every detail, because we want those who step into our locations to have a unique and complex experience. Starting from this mindset, we wanted to have in our executive team a specialist in design and architecture, with a special vision, who would lead everything related to the activity of design and arranging of the TEILOR store network. Roxana’s expertise and especially her innovative and meticulous design vision will take the customer experience of our locations to another level,” stated Willy Dicu, CEO of TEILOR.

Before joining TEILOR, between 2017-2021, Roxana held the position of Lead Architect & Senior Project Manager at Colliers Romania, where she coordinated significant consulting and design projects in the office sector, as well as in the industrial one. Previously, Roxana worked as an architect for six years in Austria, where she designed and developed real estate projects for the public and private sector and, at the same time, she specialized in parametric design. Roxana also worked as an architect in Romania, where she designed and led multiple complex and atypical projects in the local real estate field.

The extraordinary genuine passion, the agility, and the incredible determination of Florin Enache and of the entire TEILOR team to create something beyond the innovative luxury design, was the main reason why I joined this exceptional team. TEILOR’s respect for design excellence is invigorating and constantly challenges creativity through attention to detail. The company is constantly innovating both in terms of design and execution, thus consolidating growth from a local brand to a global inspiration. This is an energizing professional experience for me, not only by taking on a role in a new real estate segment, but also by mapping my knowledge and mindset from designing and coordinating large-scale projects to the development of boutique-style spaces for luxury jewelry. I am grateful and look forward to continuing to work with my team and Willy Dicu in enhancing the customer experience in the company’s locations, which immerses their senses and transforms their visit into an opportunity to interact with the TEILOR brand,” stated Roxana Achim, the new Head of Design & Project Management of TEILOR.

In her new position, Roxana Achim will be responsible for leading all the processes of design and display of TEILOR locations, from concept, execution, and obtaining specific permits for each country in which TEILOR stores are and will be present. Roxana will also oversee the expansion of the store network abroad, including in Western markets, and coordinate all of the company’s store maintenance processes. In all these activities, Roxana will collaborate directly with the Board of Directors and the TEILOR executive team.

TEILOR is the largest luxury jewelry chain in Romania with 60 physical stores, six of which are TEILOR Exclusive, offering customers a limited and carefully selected range of handmade jewelry inlaid with diamonds and precious stones. Apart from Romania, TEILOR has four stores open in Poland, two in Hungary, and three in Bulgaria. For 2022, the company plans to open six new stores in Poland, Hungary, and Bulgaria, as well as open the first TEILOR stores in new markets – Germany and the Czech Republic.
