Ionuț Gherle joins WE AS WEB as Partner and Chief Growth Officer

Ionuț Gherle has joined the software development company WE AS WEB as a Partner and Chief Growth Officer. In his role as Chief Growth Officer, Ionuț will oversee the consolidation and promotion of WE AS WEB’s services in the domestic market, as well as the expansion into international markets.

Recently, WE AS WEB has opened new subsidiaries in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, in addition to its offices in Moldova and Albania, and the expansion plans continue with new territories. The next targeted countries are Austria and the Netherlands. In Romania, the company has a presence in Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, Craiova, Brașov, Iași, and Timișoara.

“After over 18 years as an employee, but mostly from an intrapreneurial perspective, I have decided to take the step into entrepreneurship by joining the WE AS WEB project. My goal is to increase the company’s key performance indicators, strengthen its national and international positioning, and streamline its operational area. A graduate of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and an Executive MBA holder from the University of Hull, Ionuț Gherle has been part of the AROBS Transilvania Software team for over 12 years, serving in various management roles. In the past four years, he held the position of General Manager at UCMS by AROBS.

Since 2021, the focus has been on providing IT team/staff augmentation services, as well as software development services.
