Stradale restaurant opens a new location in Oregon Park after an EUR 500,000 investment. The restaurant, which promotes the concepts of street food and live cooking, offers 200 seats and a surface of 500 square meters.
Stradale, which employs 20 staff, is designed using the same industrial line of other locations, and is created for young people interested in technology and new methods to spend their free time, a statement by the restaurant’s representatives says.
„When we opened the first Stradale in Bucharest we hoped that the world will fall în love with the street food concept and I am glad to see every day more and more people that are thrilled by this current. […] Stradale Oregon has the opportunity of a special location and we are looking forward to grow the community of street food aficionados,” Chef Foa said in a statement.
Stradale Oregon is the fifth location in the portfolio of Chef Foa and Flavours, alongside the other Stradale restaurants in Business Park, Willbrook Platinum Center, Stradale Carnivale and Stradale for Avenor.
