REGINA MARIA Healthcare Network supports the ATLAS Help Line, a social project powered by Facem Bine, through which all healthcare professionals involved in the management of COVID-19 cases benefit from free 24/7 psycho-emotional support at phone number 031 630 2020.

We are living difficult times when healthcare professionals go though the mill and the health of Romanian patients depends more than ever on the health and strength of doctors and nurses who care for them. We really want to support them by all the means available to us at this moment and to provide them with the necessary assistance to overcome these physical and mental challenges they go through at the side of patients they care for.

In addition to the above-mentioned phone line, free online counseling sessions will also be held by a dedicated team of over 300 certified and licensed ATLAS specialists available 24/7, with the support of REGINA MARIA Healthcare Network.

“We are deeply obliged to all those who are currently making phenomenal efforts to keep us healthy. Physical and mental pressure can be huge, which is why we chose to join the ATLAS & Facem Bine initiative in order to increase the psycho-emotional support offered by telephone and through free online counseling sessions, which we hope will make their fight a little more bearable,” says Fady Chreih, CEO of REGINA MARIA Health Network.

Phone and online counseling services can be accessed by all physicians in the country, as well as by registered nurses or health care assistants who put their colleagues and patients above their own physical and mental well-being.

“We are glad that our platform, which has been used for the benefit of patients for several years, now comes to the aid of healthcare professionals. During this time, physicians, registered nurses, health care assistants and all frontline medical staff are most in need of our support. We shouldn’t take their work and dedication for granted, but see the challenges they are currently subject to, and we are glad to support them even a little,” says Mihai Bran, primary care psychiatrist and ATLAS co-founder.

In order to access the online counseling sessions on atlas.app, healthcare professionals should send an email to help@atlas.app to receive the steps they need to take in order to start a session with an ATLAS specialist. To receive psycho-emotional phone support, they can call toll free number 031 630 2020.
