Leroy Merlin Craiova opens its doors in June on a new area of over 14,700 sqm in Electroputere Parc

Leroy Merlin, a specialised construction, decoration and gardening retailer, announces the completion of the relocation process of its Craiova store, which will be inaugurated on 19 June, also in the Electroputere Parc shopping centre, in a 14,750 sqm space, 16% larger than the previous location.

The store, located on Calea București 80 B, will be open from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 21:00 and on Sundays from 08:00 to 20:00.

The purpose of the store relocation was to provide a more simplified and easier shopping experience for each customer, as well as access to a more spacious area, especially in the dedicated areas for construction and garden materials, including furniture, to access the full range of Leroy Merlin products and services.

In the new Leroy Merlin Craiova, customers will have access to a wide range of products in various categories, from building materials, gardening, decoration, sanitary ware, tools, home renovation products, home project solutions (bathrooms and kitchens), etc. Local residents will also have access to the kitchen showroom, which also features the DELINIA iD range, its own brand, a concept extended to all cities in the country with Leroy Merlin representation.

In addition, the citizens of Craiova will have at their disposal the whole range of useful services and solutions, typically offered by Leroy Merlin stores, from the made-to-order PVC windows service, to the 3D kitchen configuration, kitchen fitting, payment in instalments by debit card or the financing service through Oney partner.

Leroy Merlin Craiova customers will also continue to have access to alternative purchasing solutions, such as Book and Pick Up, where they can reserve their chosen products in-store with personal pick-up afterwards within two hours, Phone Order – for those who wish to place a quick order by phone, Online Order with home delivery or the Leroy Merlin mobile app, which provides access to all 30.000+ products available in the store, as well as the “Inspiration” section dedicated to articles and video tutorials for ideas and solutions in home and garden design and renovation projects.

Furthermore, the DRIVE IN area allows access by car to the building materials zone, making the purchasing more efficient for customers.

To further assist customers, a pick-up service is available for a wide selection of heavy products such as tiles, floor tiles, flooring, kitchens, plumbing. So, once selected, the products will be delivered directly to the customer’s car by the employees.
