Jazz agency takes first and second places in ADC Romania’s Top 3, with the projects “Impreuna #pentrumagichome” (Together #formagichome) and “LaMinut – Mustarul nr. 1 al romanilor” (LaMinut – Romanians no.1 mustard). The third place went in November to MullenLowe Romania with Replate Waste for Pizza Hut.

Impreuna #pentrumagichome succeeded in bringing together hundreds of people that took place on the resistance chair from which the parents are watching over their children that suffer of cancer. The campaign gathered over 100,000 donations of EUR each via SMS. The fund will be used for the construction of the MagicHome house, a 700 square meters building, next to the oncologic hospital in Bucharest. The team that made the idea happen for the MagiCAMP Association was formed of Raluca Matei, Roxana Cozaru (art directors) and Andreea Ghenoiu, Alina Varlanuta and Miruna Dumitrescu (copywriters).

“It’s a campaign that got me emotional, that moved me and that reminded me of why I am working in advertising. It became viral, successfully surpassed its objective and brought us all that GOOD that we needed like air,” said Bogdan Vintila, group creative director Graffiti BBDO & ADC Romania member.

Jazz also takes the second spot with the project “LaMinut – Mustarul numarul 1 al Romanilor (LaMinut – Romanians no.1 mustard)”, a spot created 100 percent out of stop motion images, in collaboration with Carioca. The Jazz team that created the ad comprised Raluca Matei (head of art), Mihai Stoica (junior art director) and George Bucurescu (junior copywriter).

MullenLowe Romania occupies number 3 in Top 3 ADC with a project for Pizza Hut – Replate Waste, a campaign through which the food left on restaurants’ tables becomes the object of a photo shooting (with the help of a food stylist). The photos can be bought from Shutterstock and the purchases are transformed in donations for Hospice Casa Sperantei Foundation. Silviu Antohe (senior art director) and Radu Nantu (copywriter) contributed to the idea.

The November’s accolades went to the following campaigns:

  • ZOOT vs Alex: Internet, fii gagica lui Alex by Sector 7, with Alex Cotet in main role and with the freedom to do whatever he wants in the videos and the help of Alina Nechita – Art Director.
