Filip & Company assists Digi Group in taking out two loans totalling more than EUR 132 million

The Filip & Company Team has assisted RCS & RDS S.A., part of Digi Group, in securing new financing totalling over EUR 132 million, for a period of up to 3 years, for the purchase of goods and services for the development of telecommunications networks in Romania and Portugal.

Digi Communications N.V. and Digi Spain acted as guarantors and ING Bank N.V. acted as agent and creditor.
