Filip & Company assists significant shareholders of One United Properties in the sale of 234 million shares

Filip & Company Law Firm provided legal advice to the significant shareholders ofOne United Properties, namely the co-founders Andrei Diaconescu (by OA Liviu Holding Invest) and Victor Căpitanu (by Vinci VER Holding), the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Claudio Cisullo (by CC Trust Group AG) and the Member of the Board of Directors, Marius Diaconu (by Altius S.A.), in the sale of 234,205,285 company shares to local and international institutional investors.

The transaction was intended to generate liquidity and strengthen the shareholder base, allowing new institutional investors to acquire shares in the company.
