Filip & Company assists Banca Transilvania in the EUR 200 million bond issue

Filip & Company assisted Banca Transilvania with the second bond issue under the program launched in April, which attracted EUR 200 million from the international markets. The investment will be dedicated exclusively to the financing of Banca Transilvania’s lending operations, with 90% dedicated to the financing of green mortgage loans.

 

The second issue under the program consists of EUR 200 million subordinated bonds with a 10-year maturity, admitted to trading on the BVB. The issue was coordinated by BT Capital Partners as manager.
