Filip & Company assists Alesonor to partner with Pescariu Sports & Spa

The Filip & Company team assists residential developer Alesonor to partner with Pescariu Sports & Spa for the development of the sports centre and leisure areas within the Amber Forest project, the first green suburb in Romania.

The project will cover an area of 12,000 sqm and will include three outdoor tennis courts, two paddle tennis courts, a leisure pool and a 2,000 sqm building that will house a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a spa and a fitness room.
