PepsiCo Romania recognized as a Top Employer for the tenth consecutive year

PepsiCo is proud to announce it has been recognized as a Top Employer in Romania by the Top Employer Institute. PepsiCo’s certification as a Top Employer demonstrates its commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment and creating meaningful opportunities for its associates to have an impact, gain new skills and build successful careers.

The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on the participation and results of its HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.
