NTT DATA earns ‘Global Top Employer’ 2024 certification, reaffirming its status as a leading organization

NTT DATA Tokyo, a global leader in IT infrastructure and services, has announced today that, for the first time, NTT DATA has been recognised as” Global Top Employer” for 2024 by the Top Employers Institute. This year, NTT DATA was one of the only 17 Global Top Employers to be recognised for their outstanding People policies and practices worldwide by the Top Employers Institute.

NTT DATA has also been awarded the “Top Employer 2024” regional certification in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and North America, covering 29 countries.

Furthermore, in Romania, the multinational has achieved this recognition for the second consecutive year. This recognition is granted by the Top Employers Institute programme, which certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers 6 HR domains consisting of 20 topics including “People Strategy”, “Work Environment”, “Talent Acquisition”, “Learning”, “Diversity & Inclusion”, “Well-being” and more. In 2024, the institute has certified more than 2,300 organisations in 122 countries/regions.
