Anchor Grup’s retail portfolio shows growth in Q4

Anchor Grup, one of the most important real estate developers on the local market, announces new names in its retail portfolio, in both shopping centers it owns – București Mall-Vitan and Plaza România.

 

 

Anchor Grup’s two malls have been positioned, since the beginning, as one-stop shop destinations and continue to offer brands that meet the needs and preferences of their consumers. In addition, the occupancy rate of the two shopping centers remained at a high level, with more than 99%.

With a varied portfolio of shops, restaurants, but also entertainment experiences, both București Mall-Vitan and Plaza România offer complete shopping sessions, a vibrant and attractive environment for consumers, and manage to meet the constantly changing demands of the market. The fourth quarter of the year brought new openings in the two shopping centers, with well-known brands coming closer to the community here.

New shops in București Mall-Vitan

With an extremely dynamic start of the year, the first modern shopping center in Romania, București Mall-Vitan, brings to the heart of the city a well-known Romanian brand – Benvenuti. Located on the 1st floor of the shopping center, with an area of ​​160 square meters, the store comes with the brand’s latest footwear and leather goods collections, but also with some of the most popular lifestyle brands of the moment.

Burger King arrive in Plaza România

Starting in October, the Plaza Romania’s community can also enjoy two new very well-known and expected brands – Burger King and Love Beauty.

World-renowned fast food chain, Burger King, brought its iconic menu to the mall’s food court; thus visitors can enjoy new culinary options, added to the diverse range of dishes existing here.

Also, Love Beauty, known for its beauty services dedicated to women, has an extended location and thus offers an even better experience to its visitors.

With over 25 years of experience in Romania and a total investment of over 525 million euros, Anchor Grup continues to expand its brand portfolio, bringing exclusive concepts and desired brands, such as Cellini Boutique & Lounge and Teilor Orange Concept. The permanent development of the retail segment underlines Anchor Grup’s stability, but also its contribution to the market growth.
