Anchor Grup introduces new brands to its retail portfolio

Anchor Grup, one of the strongest real estate developers on the local market offers a more diverse and complex shopping experience after new partner brands joined its retail portfolio, in București Mall and Plaza România shopping centers.

 

With 25 years of experience in Romania and a total investment of over 550 million euros, the company continues to develop and improve the brand mix in its retail segment, to offer its visitors a complete shopping experience, bringing exclusive concepts and desirable brands closer to the community. The occupancy rate in the two shopping centers from Anchor Grup’s portfolio is above 99%.

Both București Mall and Plaza România consolidated their partnership relations with some of the best-known and loved brands in the retail segment and are continuously improving and expanding their tenant’s portfolio, promising to meet the demands of the community and market needs, closely considering the profile of the consumer.

One of the newest entries among București Mall’s brands is Teilor Orange Concept, which brings into the shopping center the exclusive store concept of the famous jewelry company. The store aligns with the architecture of international brands, offering an atmosphere reminiscent of the big jewelry houses, being the largest in Bucharest, with an area of ​​approximately 100 square meters. With a youthful, yet comfortable appearance and an innovative and welcoming design, Teilor Orange Concept invites customers to enjoy a personalized experience, guided every step of the way by its professional advisors.

Teilor has also an extended location in Plaza România, offering its unique collections in a more efficient and convenient space.

Recently, Manufaktura opened its doors in both shopping centers, Plaza România and București Mall. The brand brings a perfect leisure experience in a chic decor, with a design based on industrial-futuristic notes, natural elements, and textures, with the original ceiling which is composed of its trademark coffee beans. Thus, the whole community of the two shopping centers will be delighted to enjoy not only delicious coffee but also traditional tea and tasteful desserts.

Also, one of the biggest players in the Romanian optical market, Lensa, has joined the retail portfolio of Plaza România and, more recently, of București Mall, as well. With a modern and contemporary design, the store offers its visitors a wide range of products with over 100 top brands. Pandora is another brand that brought a new look to its stores in București Mall and Plaza România. With a refreshed design after the refurbishment process, Pandora welcomes customers in a stylish and trendy showroom.

Recently, Designers Boutique, the pop-up store dedicated to local designers and “made in Romania” products reopened in București Mall, bringing to its visitors, every month, a selection of new Romanian designers and special authentic collections, supporting the fashion designer community in Romania.

At the same time, the Romanian brand Anna Cori has completed the renovation process of its store in București Mall, which brings freshness to the shopping experience in the location. Now visitors can enjoy and discover the brand’s new collections in a modern store design.

Brands like Rematch, which provides various options for teenagers of games and leisure, and Pepco, one of the most beloved retail discounters, create a complete shopping experience for București Mall’s community.

On the other hand, Plaza România also encounters its visitors with a lot of novelties. Mayoral, the Spanish children’s fashion giant with a history of almost a century in the industry, came this spring to the shopping center. The brand brings products that combine quality, trends, and functionality, at affordable prices.

At the same time, Coccodrillo, another brand dedicated to children’s fashion, joined the tenant portfolio of Plaza România shopping center. Thus, visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of products that satisfy all the needs of those looking for modern and quality items.

Furthermore, English Home, the brand dedicated to home and decor products, has expanded its store space in Plaza România, providing customers with an extensive collection of products in a bigger area for a smoother and more intuitive shopping experience.

Splend’or, one of the most important players in the Romanian jewellery market, has enhanced its store in Plaza România, as well. Situated in the same area, on the ground floor of the shopping center, the brand has an extended location and a trending design.

The food court area in Plaza România has also expanded its offer, with fresh new concepts such as Noodlz and with a new restaurant with Asian gourmet food – Lee HO– and the Asian supermarket- Go Asia, all providing customers with unique and flavorful experiences.
