The Business Review team has selected five of the most influential office projects in Bucharest—some already operating, others still under development—that are enhancing the city’s business profile and attracting new companies to the local market.
Genesis Property is currently working on YUNITY Park, a new real estate concept that will result from the transformation of the Novo Park office complex, which is slated for delivery in the first quarter of 2023. The project has an occupancy rate of over 95 percent and its biggest tenants are HP Inc., Hewlett Packard Enterprise, DXC Technology, Luxoft, Infineon, and Garanti BBVA. The business park spanning across 75,000 sqm has received the BREEAM – Very Good certification and will also be IMMUNE Building Standard™ – Resilient certified.
The project includes co-working and co-living spaces, a modern conference centre with a total capacity of 540 seats, a 190-seat café-restaurant, as well as entertainment, fitness, and areas designed for socialising and relaxing. The outdoor parking area, which will be completely redeveloped into a green area, covers 7,500 sqm. The space will include an amphitheatre for outdoor events, as well as a 1,000 sqm urban forest where employees will be able to hold business meetings or simply enjoy short walks and connect to nature.
