V7 Startup Studio will open a coworking space in Palas Iași

A coworking space dedicated to the business community in Iași will be inaugurated in the second quarter of this year in the United Business Center 3 (UBC) building – developed by the IULIUS company within the Palas complex. This coworking space concept developed by V7 Startup Studio is also present in downtown Bucharest, a concept that will make available to professionals specialized in various fields a modern, dynamic, and comfortable working environment, premium conditions and a synergy of benefits and opportunities for business. Access to the coworking space will be based on flexible subscriptions, designed according to the needs of each type of team. Located in the most dynamic office area in the city center and within the Palas mixed-use complex, the hub will have an area of approximately 800 sqm, with further expansion up to 2,000 sqm that will be completed by the end of next year.

The United Business Center office buildings network developed by IULIUS in the Palas mixed-use project, a component that reunites the largest business community in Iași – 70 benchmark companies in the technology and automotive industries and 9,000 employees, will complete its mix of tenants by inaugurating a coworking space in the UBC 3 building. Thus, just like in Bucharest, where it brings together a community of over 50 impactful organizations and companies in Romania, V7 Startup Studio will offer in Iași a workspace fitted-out and arranged in a Scandinavian style, per the highest standards and focused on community, collaboration, interaction, and creativity.
