Novum Invest launches the luxury residential project Novum by the Sea Grand Resort – Your Extraordinary Home. The new residential towers will be developed and operated to the same high quality standards that Novum by the Sea’ audience has become accustomed to. The residents of the future apartments will have special access to the resort and the leisure and entertainment areas.

Novum by the Sea Grand Resort will be the ideal destination for couples and families who want to enjoy the summer season, in a luxury resort, from the privacy of their own apartments, surrounded by natural light and the sound of the sea. There will be 11 types of apartments available, with a unique, refined and elegant design: studio, 2 rooms, 3 rooms, 4 rooms and 6 types of duplexes/penthouses. The residential complex, which will be delivered in the next 2 years, will comprise 408 apartments and 36 duplexes and 465 parking lots, located in the three basement levels.

Novum by the Sea Grand Resort is located on the quiet beach of Olimp, with a superb view to the sea. It quickly became known and sought after for its high-quality services and fabulous facilities, successfully bringing the atmosphere of the French Riviera to the shores of the Black Sea.

The resort has a private beach specially designed and demarcated for its guests. At the same time, within the complex there is also an adventure park where special entertainment programs for children are organized in Gardenland.
