Romania Sotheby’s International Realty announces the listing for sale of the Kosca Manor in Dragodana (Dâmbovița County), at the price of 690,000 euros.

Located just 75 km from the Capital, Kosca is one of the most beautiful and historic manors near Bucharest, dating back to the 19th century.

The property, spread over 2 hectares of land, comprises 4 buildings. Among them, the Manor, with a surface of 306 sqm, 6 rooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace, and swimming pool.
