CreditAmanet, a market leader in pawn lending, foreign exchange, and managing the most diversified trading platform for precious metals, electronics, jewelry, and luxury goods, is establishing its new headquarters in SkyTower, the tallest office building in Romania.

Located on the ninth floor, spanning over 300 square meters, the new office of CreditAmanet, a Romanian company with 15 years of industry experience, will provide its team with a “green” and modern workspace, offering the highest level of comfort.

The rapid growth of the company in recent years and the increase in the number of employees by over 15% in 2022 alone, along with our commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality are the basis for the decision to relocate our offices”, said Cosmin Popovici, CEO of CreditAmanet. The relocation of the team amounts to approximately 500,000 euros.

We are pleased to welcome CreditAmanet team in our business community at SkyTower. The outstanding growth and last year’s financial results have determined CreditAmanet to choose an iconic headquarters that meets the needs suitable for of an industry leader.

We are happy that our two companies’ main values and focus on sustainability and people wellbeing align in such a way that two market leaders have come together into what we hope will become a beautiful long-term partnership”, said Leo Forstner, Managing Director RPHI Romania – the company that owns and manages SkyTower.

CreditAmanet’s CEO believes that the relocation to SkyTower represents a higher stage in the company’s development:

At the end of the last year, we became a joint-stock company, and in 2022 we reported an impressive business performance – a 30% increase in turnover, reaching 80.5 million lei, and a net profit of 10.3 million lei, which is a 27% increase than the previous year. Workplace well-being directly impacts the efficiency and productivity of the team, which is why we are confident that our new headquarters provide the ideal framework for continuing our performance”, says Cosmin Popovici. He further believes that all the steps taken by CreditAmanet in recent years demonstrate the company’s commitment to growth and innovation and also consolidate its position as a leader in the industry.

The tallest building in Romania, SkyTower, is also the first in the country to achieve the highest level of LEED certification for operations and maintenance  (LEED Platinum Operations and Maintenance certification). The green benefits found in the new CreditAmanet offices are:

  • Solar control glass façade that maximizes natural light levels, creating a healthier and more comfortable working environment.
  • The building benefits from a unique individually adjustable air cooling technology.
  • Energy-efficient lighting systems equipped with motion and intensity sensors.
  • Energy-efficient elevators equipped with a Destination Control System.
  • The building has bicycle parking and charging spaces for electric vehicles.

Location is another advantage as it provides easy access to the main business hub in northern Bucharest, facilitating interaction with various business partners.

We are delighted to offer the CreditAmanet team the opportunity to work in a sustainable green building. When choosing this headquarters, we took into account the quality of the indoor environment, energy efficiency, climate control, the common spaces – such as parking lots, for example – as well as quick access to transportation. Sustainable practices are an important part of the values of our organization, so it is only natural that we seek partners that share the same principles”, Cosmin Popovici also added.
