Petre Niculae involves Lucia Niculae in the management team of Pedro Construct

Pedro Construct, one of the largest construction companies in Romania, managed by Petre Niculae, includes his daughter – Lucia Niculae – in the management team, as a Business Development Director.

Lucia Niculae – 37 years old – an investor in real estate since 2018, started by purchasing and managing her own property portfolio. This year she is involved in the development of a new residential compound in the north of Bucharest – Jolie Village, together with her father and his associate, Florin Ababe.

“I am happy to be part of Pedro Construct, a company that my father built with strong dedication throughout nearly 30 years of activity. I am convinced that I will gain a lot of experience in this complex industry from this new role. With my father building thousands of homes in all these years, I’ve always had an attraction to this sector – of real estate developments, and I think that now is the proper time for me to further strengthen the team and give the support he fully deserves”, said Lucia Niculae, Business Development Director, Pedro Construct.

Lucia Nicolae graduated in Marketing Management at the Romanian-American University and has been an entrepreneur since 2008. Lucia currently manages two beauty parlour that she currently owns in Bucharest, GreenDaySpa – which is a family business. A third salon will open next year, which will also be situated in the Capital. Passionate about personal and professional development, Lucia attended several courses and workshops in sales, leadership, negotiation and communication strategies, as well as psychological development courses, applied in business.

With Lucia’s experience, as well as the expertise of my associate Florin Ababe, I believe that is a great and suitable recipe for Pedro Constructs’ new development plans”, said Petre Niculae, Founder of the construction company.

Jolie Village is the first residential project developed between Petre Niculae and Florin Ababe, which Lucia Niculae will manage from this new position of Business Development Director, together with Florin Ababe.

Florin Ababe – 40 years old – an engineer by profession, started his entrepreneurial career in 2007, in areas which include financial services, telecommunications and the retail of precious metal, owning the businesses Lion Free Exchange, Credit Amanet, Intelligent Communication System, Swiss Gold, Swiss Diamond Bucharest, Swiss Gold Bulgaria, Hong Kong Premium Watches, EAU Beta Trade Solutions, Boutique Watches Calea Dorobanți – București Shop and Global Landmark Properties.

Pedro Construct, founded in 1993 and under the management of Petre Niculae has built over almost 30 years of activity, several important residential compounds in Bucharest. These include Nusco City, Cloud 9, Exigent One, 19^th Residence, 21 Residence and Zen Living Apartments.
