Real estate developer ARQA is expanding its team and announces the appointment of AlexandruRădulescu as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO).

With over 16 years of experience in real estate, Alexandru Rădulescu will contribute to strengthening ARQA’s position in the Romanian real estate market. We are confident that his expertise will be an asset found in all ARQA projects, bringing our business even closer to the needs of our customers,” stated Florin Ababe, CEO of ARQA.

Alexandru Rădulescu has overseen the sale of 17 residential and mixed-use projects and has coordinated over 50 real estate consultants throughout his career. Under his guidance, over 1,000 units were sold, totaling 145 million euros. This achievement confirms his abilities and in-depth knowledge in the field of real estate sales.

I aim to contribute to the development of the ARQA brand, its current and future projects, as well as the sales team, so that we can offer new acquisition experiences in the Romanian real estate market. I joined the team because I understand ARQA’s vision and share the same values and business principles. ARQA Jolie Village and the new project in the Iancu Nicolae area, which ARQA will soon launch, are real estate developments that make a difference in the market, both in terms of the quality offered and in innovation. They focus on transforming the acquisition process into a unique experience for each client. It is a great joy for me to be part of the development and sale process of these premium properties and to offer all the consultancy that ARQA’s clients need in the purchasing process,” stated Alexandru Rădulescu, CSO of ARQA.

With a dedicated sales team and a clear vision on how real estate developments can transform the urban landscape, ARQA is committed to creating sustainable projects designed Towards the future.

We’re pleased to see that ARQA’s premium projects are sought after by many investors. It’s a sign of the trust and quality that ARQA brings to the market. Considering the geopolitical situation, I’m confident that our projects will also attract international investors looking for premium, sustainable developments in Romania, close to commercial areas and reputable schools. Additionally, we see increasingly attractive yields from renting properties and believe that, in the medium to long term, the properties offered by ARQA are very appealing for anyone looking for their investment to consistently appreciate in value,” says Alexandru Rădulescu, CSO of ARQA.

The new CSO will bring a significant advantage to ARQA across all projects, both in terms of enhancing client relationships and contributing to the development of new real estate products and services tailored to the most demanding requirements and needs of clients.
