Intrakat Group announces the Communication Director for Aktor Romania

Aktor Romania construction company, part of the Intrakat Group, has the pleasure of announcing that the new Director of Communications for Romania is Ruxandra Vodă, a reputable communicator with 25 years of experience in this field who will thus get involved in the infrastructure field, after a long period in the telco industry.

Ruxandra’s mandate will be to enhance Aktor Romania’s communication with its stakeholders and support the company’s mission to contribute positively to the sustainable development of Romania’s infrastructure.

“We enlarge our executive team in Romania with a renowned communication expert who will coordinate the company’s efforts to ensure transparent and constant communication with the media, authorities, and the public. This, along with many other initiatives and changes in our company in the country, are strong signals that we do have a commitment to Romania”, said George Tsapropunis, Intrakat’s Chief Communications Officer.

Ruxandra Vodă has over 25 years of expertise in communication (media relations, stakeholder relations, internal communication, corporate events), digital transformation, and ESG. For the last 15 years, she has held management positions in corporate communication in the former Telekom Romania group of companies, part of Deutsche Telekom Group. Ruxandra is also an Assistant Professor of Management Science at Tiffin University, United States. She holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Tiffin University.

Much of my professional journey has been linked to strategic communication of projects related to one of the country’s critical infrastructures, telecommunications.
