Gábor Mozga is the new CEO of MOL Romania

Gábor Mozga has been appointed as CEO of MOL Romania as of January 1, 2024. After 17 years of service in MOL, Camelia Ene ended her term as of December 31 and she will continue to build her career outside of MOL Group.

MOL Romania is a subsidiary of MOL Group and one of the leading oil companies in Romania, with a 27-year presence on the domestic market. MOL Romania has an extensive portfolio of products and services of fuel trade, lubricants, petrochemicals and bitumen. The company currently has 241 service stations nationwide, two fuel depots in Giurgiu and Tileagd and an LPG terminal in Tileagd.

MOL Romania is headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, the business headquarters in Bucharest, an administrative office in Arad and 258 employees. MOL Romania was the first oil company to implement a loyalty program, MOL MultiBonus, which now also offers a digital version through the MOL Go app. The company has invested in the development of charging infrastructure for electric vehicle owners, installing charging points in 41 stations, which can currently serve simultaneously 96 electric vehicles. MOL Romania is an active member of its communities and invests in social responsibility programs in education, sports, health and environment.

In 2023 it launched the road education platform “You drive! Family comes first”, with the aim of drawing attention to traffic risks and promoting responsible behaviour.
