MOL Romania is introducing a unique coffee blend, roasted and packaged in its dedicated Roastar roastery. This blend is already available at all MOL stations that offer Fresh Corner coffee. On this occasion, MOL Romania announces a partnership with handball player Crina Pintea, who is the face of the new coffee blend.

“Just like in sports, where results come after a lot of hard work, the balanced blend for an intense coffee was created after a lengthy process of testing and perfecting. For me, coffee is a source of energy, but also an opportunity to relax. That’s why I am honored to have been selected to support the launch of the new Fresh Corner coffee. I joyfully accepted the proposal to represent the brand, especially when I understood that behind every cup of coffee is the motivation to offer customers a unique experience, just as I try to provide fans with every victory in handball,” says Crina Pintea.

The new Fresh Corner blend was carefully crafted under the careful supervision of barista Anita Nagy-Bertók, Head of Coffee at Roastar. The recipe was perfected through an intensive testing process involving over 2,000 customers from six countries. As a result, Fresh Corner coffee, available at all MOL Romania stations both in self-service and prepared by station staff, combines flavors of cocoa, roasted nuts, and chocolate, providing a pleasant sensory experience.

“Every second, two cups of Fresh Corner coffee are enjoyed at the MOL Group service station network, and this brand is highly appreciated by our customers. We are delighted that now we will be able to better cater to their preferences with each cup. We are also pleased to have Crina on our team, an exceptional athlete with whom we share common values beyond the passion for coffee, such as perseverance, attention to detail, and the ability to generate the most beautiful results as a team,” says Camelia Ene, Country Chairman & CEO of MOL Romania.

The blend is roasted and packaged in the dedicated Roastar roastery in Hungary. It was inaugurated in 2022 and is equipped with the most modern technologies and high-performance equipment. Here, green coffee beans are stored, and specialists take care of the entire preparation process, from roasting coffee beans, packaging products, quality control, to preparing them for delivery to MOL service stations.
