Growceanu, a business angel group targeting startup investments, names Andrei Cosmin Munteanu (32 years old), former technical manager Continental, as Community Manager. In this role, Andrei will manage the growth of the startups portfolio and their relationship with the investors.
Andrei Cosmin Munteanu brings a technical background, holding a bachelor degree from the Faculty of Automation Control and Computers within the Polytechnic University of Timișoara and 9 years of experience in software as part of Continental team. He started his career as a software tester, then becoming SCRUM Master and Team Leader, responsible for the technical coordination of the testing team in Germany, India, and Romania (15-20 people) and the administrative coordination of the team in Timișoara (6-7 people).
At the same time, Andrei actively supported the local tech startups community, setting up Learn, Build and Share organization, developing well-known events such as Startup Weekend and Startup Survivor, and creating Cowork Timișoara as a support space for the tech community of entrepreneurs.
