The snow and freezing temperatures are back again, a perfect time to enjoy indoor events. Here is our selection!
Theatres lovers can choose the play Janka at Teatrul Evreiesc de stat, on Saturday, starting 7 PM, a drama starring Maia Morgenstern. The author of the play is Oscar Speace and the director is Toma Enache. It’s a play about the Nazi regime and the drama lived by million of Jewish, “it’s a confession, a thrilling life document,” as Morgenstern says.
Another scheduled play this Saturday is I.O.N.A at Godot Cafe Theatre, starting 7 PM, starring Adrian Loghin. The director is Danni Ionescu and the scenograph is Raluca Fratiloiu.
Bob Marley fans can go to the tribute Bob Marley Day – King of Reggae at Beraria H, on Saturday, starting 10 PM. Johnny King will take the stage, with special guests: Sasha (directly from Poland), Mike Diamondz, Cedry2k, Uddi, Cliff Kido, Dee-Dee, Serena, Jimmy A. and the dancers. It will actually be a reggae-pop party, with cabaret moments, street-dance and twerk and 3 DJ’s wil bring the atmosphere from Kingston Jamaica in warm up and after show.
Improvisations lovers can enjoy Impro Show in tea house at ARTea on Saturday from 7 PM. It wil be an interactive show. The event requires reservation.
Those who celebrate Valentine’s Day can go to the Valentine’s Day fair at Vintage Pub on Saturday 12:30 PM and until Sunday at 7:30 PM. There will be customized products for the loved one.
French music lovers can choose the Paris, mon amour! – Live Concert Chansonete, French Swing – Jazz & Tango, at ARTea tea house, at 7 PM. There will be chansonettes and tango with swing-jazz grooves. Diana Tudor will sing with the voice and Alexandru Burca will play the piano.
There will also be some film premieres that you can enjoy: Fifty Shades Darker and LEGO Batman Movie!
