Tarom created its first app to ease the relationship with the passengers

Tarom creted its the first mobile app, which can be downloaded for free from the Google Play platform, and launching the app on the Apple IOS platform will be available in October.

”The acquisition of online tickets is a growing trend in the market. We, through Tarom app, respond to the needs of simplicity and efficiency, and we want all our passengers to know that Tarom offers promotions, special offers and many other benefits, ”said Werner Wolff, CEO of the company.

According to a press release from the national aviation operator, the application was developed together with Amadeus to provide passengers with quick access to their favorite destinations, travel history and direct contact with the company for special offers, promotions and more.

The app helps simplifying booking, ticketing and check-in operations.

”We are continuing to develop the mobile application by integrating it with the new Client Relations Manager (CRM) system. In the short run, users will have access to new application modules, such as My Account, and we expect the launch of the app on the Apple IOS platform to take place during the month October this year, ”the company stated.
