This period marks a time when diligent taxpayers seek to settle their dues with the state to benefit from the 10% discount, available until March 31st. In this backdrop, the Avansis Online platform, developed by Integrisoft Solutions —a leading provider of software applications for public administration—introduces new features that enable citizens to conduct online payments that were previously feasible only in person.

With the latest update to Avansis Online, Romanian citizens have the ability to pay for 4 types of public services online. This range includes taxes and duties, fines, as well as fees associated with various services offered by 36 different institutions and authorities. Additionally, users have the autonomy to submit, access, and issue documents in a digital format, with automatic updates on the status of their requests.

Already, nearly 80,000 Romanians have opted for this online platform as a viable alternative to ghișeul.ro and other similar applications. In the past five months alone, the platform has facilitated the issuance of 105,696 fiscal certificates and the submission and approval of 111,779 vehicle tax declarations, 59,040 vehicle car deregistration notices, and 18,223 requests for property tax evaluations (buildings and land).

Possible Operations via the Avansis Online Application

  • Administrative Documents Communication: The institution is capable of issuing and forwarding documents directly to the taxpayer’s account, without requiring a formal request from them.
  • Taxes, Duties and other Public Service Payments: It is possible to pay online for the urgent issuance of a tax clearance certificate, passport issuance, judicial fees, income tax from services, and other special taxes.
  • Fine Payments: Fines (for vehicles, public transportation, from the local police, etc.) can be paid online within the first 15 days from the notice issuance date, allowing for the benefit of paying only half the fine amount.
  • Special Transport Permit Payments: The online payment system enables purchasing subscriptions for a day, week, or month based on the vehicle’s tonnage carrying goods through the area. The platform then issues a valid permit, which is directly emailed to the payer.
  • Payments Overview: Users can review their payment history for taxes and duties, including payment proofs, which are automatically provided after transaction completion.
  • Automatic Tax Clearance Certificates: Tax clearance certificates for owned assets can be requested and obtained automatically after meeting tax obligations to the institution.
  • Vehicle and Property Sales and Purchases Declaration: Declarations for the sale and purchase of vehicles (cars, mopeds, motorcycles, trailers, etc.) and real estate (buildings, lands) can be filed online.
  • Online Applications and Declarations: Applications and declarations can be filed online, and the status of requests can be checked without needing to log in, facilitating quick communication with the institution via chat with an inspector or through email notifications when a request is being processed or has been resolved.
  • Advertising Display Declarations: Declarations for advertising displays at and outside the company’s premises.

“The new version of the Avansis Online platform provides citizens with easy access to public services previously feasible only in person, meeting their current needs and expectations. Taxpayers now have the ability to not only pay taxes and duties online but also perform a wide range of administrative operations, offering a complete alternative to the digital solutions currently available on the market. Furthermore, they benefit from increased transparency, having instant access to detailed information about the steps and documents required for various procedures and the status of submitted requests. Avansis Online reflects our commitment to simplifying and streamlining the interaction between citizens and public institutions, contributing to the development of a connected and digitalized society”, says Simona Ilie, Development Director, Integrisoft Solutions.

How to Use Avansis Online

The Avansis Online application can be used by all citizens on any computer with Windows or Mac operating systems, ensuring complete user safety in terms of data confidentiality.

To access the full menu and all the available online services, it is necessary to create a user account and submit an enrollment request. Additionally, Avansis Online also provides a series of limited services for those who do not wish to create an account, log in, or submit an enrollment request. These services include various payments, submitting requests, obtaining special transport permits, or checking the status of a particular request.

Integrisoft has crafted an intricate system comprising various applications essential for digitizing the operations of public institutions. The Avansis integrated IT system boasts modules that have been deployed across 400 institutions throughout the country. This extensive reach covers 40% of all cities, a quarter of all municipalities, and five of Bucharest’s districts. The system serves 3 million Romanian citizens, managing 25% of all national taxpayer obligations. This translates to a substantial annual sum exceeding 8 billion RON.
