State Protocol is setting auction next week for luxury apartments in Bucharest

State owned company „State Protocol Patrimonia Administration” (RAAPPS) announces the sale of two apartments in accordance with GEO (Govern Emergency Ordinance) 101/2011. The open auctions will be held on April 19 at SAIFI headquarters on Glucose Factory Street, Bucharest.

The apartment no. 1, 3 rooms, with surface of 91.97 square meters, of which basement annexes of 18.57 sqm and an individual plot pf 255.72 sqm on Av. Mircea Zorileanu street will have a starting price of EUR 151,100 (plus VAT). This is the second auction for the apartment.

Another auction will be for apartment no. 1, three rooms, with surface of 86.72 square meters, with two attic depositary rooms and an individual land area of 103.97 sqm. The apartment is located on Haga street and the starting price will be EUR 162,800.

RAAPPS sold over 300 properties in the last five years and the most expensive one was a villa in Snagov sold for EUR 2.12 million (plus VAT) and Gloria Hotel in Suceava for EUR 2.05 million (plus VAT). Another expensive property was on Bucuresti-Ploiesti road, sold for EUR 1.94 million (plus VAT). The most expensive real estate, according to the list available on RAAPPS site, was on Aleea Modrogan street, in the center of Bucharest, composed of greenhouses of flowers and the adjacent area, sold for EUR 4.43 million.
