SALE PUBLICATION: Sierra Quadrant Braila opens auction for ”Ga-Pro-Co Chemicals S.A.” industrial platform

The undersigned, SIERRA QUADRANT BRĂILA BRANCH S.P.R.L., as the Judicial Liquidator of the company GA-PRO-CO CHEMICALS S.A., with headquarters in Săvinești Commune, Săvinești Village, Gheorghe Caranfil Street, no. 11, Neamț County, registration number in the Trade Register J27/1478/2005, organizes a public auction on 19.03.2023, at 2:00 pm, at the liquidator’s headquarters in Bucharest, Traian Street, no. 2, Bl. F1, Sc. 3, E.t.4, Ap. 11, Sector 3, Bucharest, for the sale of the “GA-PRO-CO CHEMICALS S.A” industrial assets, a chemical fertilizer production plant located in Săvinești, Neamț County, consisting of land with an area of 719,297 square meters, special buildings/structures that serve the production process, installations, technological equipment/machinery, auto and railway transport means, stocks, and inventory items.

The starting price for the auction is 14,263,200 EURO without VAT. The legal provisions regarding the VAT regime in force at the time of the sale apply.

To participate in the auction, it is necessary to pay a participation guarantee of 10% of the starting price of the auction, which is 1,426,320 EURO. The payment should be made directly into the bank account of the selling company Ga-Pro-Co Chemicals S.A., with IBAN RO94 BREL 0002 0038 7653 0100, opened at Libra Internet Bank. In addition, the difference in price should be guaranteed through a bank guarantee letter, and the bidder should also purchase the bid book. The cost of the bid book is 15,000 Euro + VAT and should be paid into the liquidator’s bank account opened at Banca Transilvania, with the following IBAN: RO80BTRLRONCRT0520972801.

Short description of the “GA-PRO-CO Chemicals Industrial Platform” assets:

The real estate property consists of 719,297 sqm of intravilan land and special buildings/structures that serve the production process or incorporate the technological equipment.

The movable property consists of installations, equipment/machinery, auto and railway transport vehicles, stocks, and inventory items.

The production installations consist of the urea plant, the ammonia plant, the nitric acid plant, the ammonium nitrate/nitro limestone plant, and the liquid fertilizer plant. The auto and railway transport vehicles include locomotives, wagons, cars, vans, trucks, tractors, and trailers. The machinery includes bulldozers, front loaders, dump trucks, forklifts, and stackers.
