Yves Daa‚¬a„¢Arfeuille is the new head of property management at DTZ Echinox

Yves D’Arfeuille was appinted head of property management for DTZ Echinox. French D’Arfeuille he has been living in Romania for over 10 years.

He holds extensive project & property management experience, working both on a retailer’s side – with Carrefour, where he was general services manager – and with a retail developer – EMCT Romania, where he was involved in the development of several Cora and Baumax projects as well as in the development and management of Sun Plaza Bucharest. He holds a Master in management of companies from the Clermont-Ferrand University in 2000.

DTZ Echinox currently manages a portfolio of 142,500 sq m of office and retail projects, featuring Shopping City Sibiu and Shopping City Suceava, in property of Argo Real Estate and Baneasa Business Center, an office building in property of Dinu Patriciu Global Services.

In 2010, the company had been in charge with the refurbishment of Iris Shopping Center, assisting Aberdeen Immobilien throughout the process of restructuring the shopping centre in Titan.
