PM slams the city hallsaa‚¬a„¢ sluggishness to release construction licenses in Prima Casa program

The sluggishness of the city halls in releasing construction licenses is the main obstacle in the way of those who wish to build a dwelling, alone or in association, and want to benefit from governmental warranty within the program Prima Casa, said Prime Minister Emil Boc.

“In order for this program to become operational, it is very important that the construction license is released within the legal time so that those who wish to associate to build their house from scratch can benefit from the component of this program. As I understand, here lies the main problem, the slow pace at which construction licenses are released, after which the bank processes the file and eventually the National Warranty Fund approves it,” said the PM.
