Promed System opens in vitro fertilization department

Promed System clinic in Bucharest will open on April 15 a department of in vitro fertilization following an investment of EUR 200,000. The clinic will also offer psychological assistance to interested couples. According to Alina Bolintineanu, medical manager of Promed Clinic, this was a natural step in offering the entire range of services dedicated exclusively to women. Up to this point, 16 couples have enlisted for procedures if assisted reproduction. Promed opened a clinic in Bucharest in fall 2009 and is currently preparing the opening of an MRI Medical center in Targoviste, where it has been present since 1997.
