Profi leases 800 sqm in Anchor Plaza office building

The retailer Profi leased 800 sqm of office space in Anchor Plaza in Bucharest, owned by Anchor Grup. JLL represented Profi in the selection of the best location and in negotiation of the leasing conditions.

”Profi is one of the most dynamic retailers and one of the largest employers in Romania, and therefore it was very important to find the office building that best meets the current and future needs of the company. Anchor Plaza is now in one of the growing sub-markets of Bucharest, Central – West, which will soon become one of the most important business hubs in Romania, being the top of the preferences of companies looking for office space, ” said Mădălina Marinescu, Office Department consultant JLL Romania.

Profi will accommodate the 5th floor of the office building.

”We relocated our secondary headquarters in Bucharest to a growing area that ensures better presence and visibility in the capital city. JLL helped us in identifying the best option on the market at this moment, which provides the best conditions for our employees”, commented Gaetan Pacton expansion director Profi.

With stores in 419 locations and a team of more than 14,000 people, Profi is the modern retail network with the largest geographic expansion in Romania.

Anchor Plaza, the first A Class office building in Bucharest, is integrated into a retail scheme. It provides a dedicated service area together with the closely located Plaza Romania.

Anchor Plaza is offering 25.000 sqm of leasable area on 13 floors, indoor and outdoor parking spaces, 24/7 security and monitoring system.

Among the tenants are Bertrandt, Pole to Win, GfM Research Adobe, Euroweb, Caroli Foods, Credit Europe Bank, LC Waikiki, Marks & Spencer, Securitas, Essilor și Polisano.
