NNDKP promotes two partners and six senior associates

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) law firm has announced a series of promotions among partners and senior associates. Luminita Dima, associate manager and head of the employment practice and Radu Damaschin, senior associate in the dispute resolution department, have been promoted to the position of remunerated partners. Additionally, six associates were promoted to the level of senior associate.

As a result of these changes, NNDKP has now 17 partners and 97 lawyers, as well as 28 consultants and 73 employees in the support departments.

Dima (pictured) has thirteen years of experience in the field of employment law. Her expertise covers the negotiation, conclusion and enforcement of collective labor agreements, as well as drafting internal rules and policies, implementing legal procedures with respect to terminating labor agreements, implementing re-organization operations/collective dismissals, due diligence on labor relations. She joined the team in 2007.

Dima graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds an LL.M. in Business and International Cooperation Law. A member of the Bucharest Bar, she also holds a Ph.D. in employment law and is a lecturer at the University of Bucharest Law School.

Damaschin’s expertise covers a wide range of dispute resolution matters. He represents clients in disputes related to contractual liability, bankruptcy procedures, fiscal obligations and public procurement procedures. He also provides legal assistance and representation in real estate litigations and general administrative disputes.

Damaschin joined NNDKP in 2003. He graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and has a postgraduate degree in private law from the same university. He also holds a Master degree in business law from the “Nicolae Titulescu” Law School in Bucharest and has attended the courses of the Academy of American and International Law, Center for American and International Law, Plano, Texas. Damaschin is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
