Most expensive apartment listed in Bucharest on Imobiliare.ro sells for EUR 3.8 mln

The most expensive apartments listed on Imobiliare.ro are located in Bucharest. In the capital the prices are considerably higher when it comes to luxury residential properties.

According to Imobiliare.ro, in other regional centers the most expensive properties sell for prices below EUR 1 million and often below EUR 500,000. Most properties included in the survey are penthouses in luxury residences delivered in recent years or located in historic buildings.

The most expensive apartment listed on Imobiliare.ro in Bucharest, a penthouse located in the Primaverii neighbourhood, sells for EUR 3.8 million. Spread on two floors, the flat has seven rooms. Terraces included, it has 650 square meters and also comes with three parking spaces and a storage space. Top three is completed by a 410 sqm penthouse located on Soseaua Nordului (EUR 3.15 million) and a newly-built penthouse of 340 sqm (EUR 2.49 million), located nearby Herastrau Park.

In Brasov, the most expensive apartment listed on Imobiliare.ro sells for EUR 650,000. In Timisoara, the most expensive apartment is a penthouse listed with an asking price of EUR 670.000, while in Cluj-Napoca the most expensive apartment sells for EUR 430,000. Constanta’s most expensive apartment is a penthouse that sells for EUR 435,000, while in Iasi the most expensive apartment comes with a pice tag of EUR 350,000.
