STC Partners starts development of Phase II in Quartier Azuga

Real estate developer STC Partners starts the development of phase II of the residential compound Quartier Azuga, located near the Tei area in Bucharest – with an investment value of over €15 million. Phase I construction works at Quartier Azuga are well underway, around 6 months from handover to clients, with two-thirds of apartment units already pre-contracted.

Phase II will introduce spacious duplex-type units positioned by the lake shore in a quiet and private setting.
