Iris Titan Shopping Center re-launches after EUR 10 million revamp

Iris Titan Shopping Center in Bucharest re-launches under a new concept after undergoing a EUR 10 million refurbishing process, has announced Aberdeen Immobilien KAG, the project’s owner.

In the past months the shopping mall’s interior spaces were modernized with works estimated to be finished by the spring of 2012. In addition to this, the tenant mix was extended, announced the company. The shopping center is anchored by retailers like Auchan, C&A, Deichmann and Sprider Stores.

Part of Global Aberdeen Asset Management Group, Aberdeen Immobilien KAG, bought the Iris Titan Shopping Center in 2008 from its developer Avrig 35. The project covers 60,000 sqm and it includes a shopping mall and the largest Auchan hypermarket in Romania with over 16,000 sqm.

In addition to the Iris Titan Shopping Center, Aberdeen owns 40,000 sqm of office space in the capital.

Iris Titan Shopping Center is managed by Oasis Shopping Center Services, the shopping center administration division of Oasis Development.
