Ingo Nissen, the man who built ParkLake mall in Titan, moves to Serbian MPC Properties

Ingo Nissen, the former general manager for development of Sonae Sierra in Romania, has become the new CEO of Serbian developer MPC Properties.

The German who ran Sonae Sierra Romania for ten years left the company at the beginning of the month and was replaced by Ana Guedes de Oliveira, executive director of Sonae Sierra Developments.

The most important activity of Ingo Nissen was the development of the 70,000 sqm ParkLake mall in the Titan area of Bucharest, developed in partnership with Caelum Development.

The investment in ParkLake was around EUR 180 million and the commercial center is the most impressive one in Bucharest.

MPC Properties is involved in the development of 5 office, 8 retail and 1 residential projects in Serbia.
