ParkLake Mall Bucharest will be hosting the Wax Figure Museum

Up until January 7, 2024, ParkLake Shopping Center becomes the host of the Wax Figure Museum, one of the most unique and captivating exhibitions in Romania. The visitors to ParkLake can enter the world of wax figures and capture snapshots alongside world known legends.

Music lovers can enjoy their favorite artists, such as Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Luciano Pavarotti, Adele, Mick Jagger, Smiley, or Inna. Movie enthusiasts are also welcome to meet Leonardo DiCaprio, Mr. Bean, Jim Carrey, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Sean Connery, Anthony Hopkins, or even Daniel Craig – Agent 007.

Football enthusiasts will discover wax figures of personalities like Lionel Messi, Ronaldo, or Gheorghe Hagi. For tennis fans, meeting with Ilie Năstase, Ion Țiriac, or Simona Halep will provide an extraordinary experience and the opportunity for a unique photograph. And for those who prefer boxing, a surprise awaits – they can take a photo with Anthony Joshua.

From replicating facial expressions to intricate details, the 30 replicas drew inspiration from the most famous national and international personalities. According to the organizers, created with exceptional attention and precision by artists from Bulgaria, each wax figure required six months to be crafted in the smallest detail to closely resemble the original.

Located on the 1st floor of ParkLake Shopping Center, the exhibition is set to be open throughout the shopping center’s operating hours. Tickets can be purchased at the event area, and the price is RON 30 for adults and RON 20 for students, and seniors. Children under the age of 6 can enter for free.

The museum, which originally opened in 1835, showcased wax sculptures of famous and historical figures, and it has since become one of the most famous and iconic wax figure museums in the world. Madame Tussauds has also expanded to include branches in various other cities across the globe.
