Globalworth invests USD 10 million in creative co-working spaces company Mindspace and brings it to its Bucharest office buildings

The office investor Globalworth has signed a lease agreement with Mindspace, company specialized in creating creative co-working spaces. The company will open its first locations in Romania in three of the Globalworth buildings on an area of approximately 12,000 square meters of the Globalworth Campus, City Offices and Bucharest Tower Center in Bucharest.

Moreover, as part of this collaboration, Globalworth will become Mindspace’s shareholder by investing USD 10 million in the company.

The company is currently operating spaces in our Koszyki Hall in Warsaw, Poland, and today we are expanding our collaboration in Romania, by bringing Mindspace into our buildings, we can respond to a wider universe potential tenants and their changing needs Mindspace offers the best solutions for flexible office spaces that match the quality and high level of service that Globalworth offers to its partners,” said Ema Iftimie, head of leasing Globalworth.

By entering Romanian market, Mindspace is expanding its portfolio to 28 locations, approximately 90,000 sqm, and thus strengthens its offer and position as provider of flexible and high-quality office space in Europe and the United States, being present in 7 countries and 13 cities.

According to Yotam Alroy, co-founder and Chief Business Officer of Mindspace, Bucharest boasts one of the fastest growing economies in Europe and Mindspace will be able to offer high-quality services in some of the most desirable locations and buildings in the market.
