The real estate investor Globalworth aquired a 7,600 sqm land plot on Preciziei Boulevard in Bucharest. The transaction values EUR 2 million.

The deal was made through Elgan Offices a company owned equally by  Globalworth and Elgan Group, company owned by Simon Roth.

“After adding a new major area on the Globalworth map last year, together with the Bucharest Renault Connected project, we are announcing today a purchase on Preciziei, where we want to further strengthen our position in this part of Bucharest. We are convinced that, due to its surface and location, near Preciziei Metro Station and the Bucharest-Pitesti Highway, it is an important acquisition in our portfolio and we will continue our expansion strategy with spaces suitable to the needs of our partners, “said Mihai Zaharia , director of Globalworth’s Investment and Capital Markets Division.

The land plot aquired by Globalworth, was formerly owned by the Terra Management & Development Group, has an area of approximately 7,600 square meters and is located near the future headquarters of Groupe Renault Romania, developed by the company.

Renault Bucharest Connected (RBC) is currently under construction and is due to be completed in the first part of 2019. The project will have a surface area of 47,000 sqm of Class A office space and will also include a showroom for Groupe Renault vehicles Romania, 1,000 parking spaces, an amphitheater with a capacity of 350 seats for internal and external events, but also other facilities such as a restaurant and a medical office.
