Geodis Calberson leases 21,000 sqm in ProLogis Park Bucharest

Geodis Calberson, the provider of logistic and international transport services, has leased 20,790 sqm in Building 4 of the ProLogis Park Bucuresti A1. At the same time, Geodis has extended the leasing contract it has for the 3,490 sqm in the Building 2 of the same park. Following these two transactions, ProLogis Park Bucuresti A1 is now fully leased.

Geodis is part of SNCF (the French Railroad Company.) The park is located along the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, 23 km west of Bucharest. It comprises four buildings totaling 108,000 sqm of A-class industrial space. Besides Geodis, other tenants are Augsburg International Impex, cargo-partner, Centrum Logistics, Gefco, Kuehne+Nagel and Omega Transport & Logistics.

The ProLogis portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe comprises 3.7 million sqm located in 41 industrial parks. ∫ ∫
