Flanco opens four new stores on the same day

Flanco aims to reach targets of RON 60 million in December, following the opening of four new stores in the same day.

Thus, the IT&C retailer announced that it will open a store in AFI Palace Cotroceni shopping gallery. The store will have a sale surface of 1,250 square meters and was opened following an investment of EUR 4 million, including stocks. Flanco estimates this store will have a monthly traffic of approximately 4,000 buyers and annual sales of RON 20 million.

On the same day, the retailer will also inaugurate three other new stores, one in Iulius mall in Cluj, and other two in the Kaufland Family Center galleries in Botosani and Giurgiu.

Next year, Flanco aims to open other 12-15 stores, depending on new retail parks being launched ad how negotiations with already existent malls are completed.

Flanco aims to reach a market share of 10-10.5 percent next year. The retailer aims to post a turnover of EUR 110 million in 2011.
